If you place your order on a weekday before 4 PM (16:00), we will process and ship it the same day.
During checkout, where available, you can choose delivery to your home address or to a parcel point near you.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to easily follow the status of your package and automatically stay informed about the delivery.
While we do everything we can to deliver your order within the specified delivery time, delays may occur during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances with the carrier.
Has your order arrived damaged, have you received an incorrect item, or have you not yet received your package after a longer period? Please contact us at support@thomasmaine.com. We are happy to assist you.
Returns
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Of course, you may try on the items at home, but we ask you to return them unused, unworn, with the original labels, and in the original packaging.
You can easily register your return via our return portal, regardless of the country from which you are returning.
Enter your postcode along with your order number or Track & Trace number, select the items you wish to return, and state the reason for return. You then pay the return costs via the return portal and receive your return label by email or, where available, choose a QR code.
To further improve our service and collections, we appreciate it if you provide a reason for return when registering.
After registration, you can drop off your package at a parcel point of the indicated carrier. All necessary instructions will be sent to you along with your return label or QR code.
Return Costs
The following return costs apply for returning your order:
- Benelux (Netherlands, Belgium & Luxembourg): €4.95
- Other European countries: €4.95
- United Kingdom: €15.00
- Switzerland: €15.00
You pay the return costs when registering your return via our return portal.
Have you received a damaged or defective item, or have we accidentally delivered an incorrect item? Do not register your return yourself via the return portal, but first contact us at support@thomasmaine.com. We will assist you further and provide a return label in such cases.
If you choose to send your return shipment on your own initiative using another shipping method, the costs will be entirely at your own expense.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving your order, you have the legal right to revoke your purchase within 14 days without stating a reason. For orders with multiple items, the period applies from the receipt of the last item.
You can easily register your return via our return portal, regardless of the country from which you are returning. The return costs mentioned above apply for sending back the items.
If you are unable to register, please contact our customer service. We are happy to assist you.
Exchanges
It is not possible to exchange items for a different size or color.
Would you prefer a different size or color? Register the item you do not wish to keep via our return portal and place a new order for the desired item. The return costs mentioned above apply for returns.
Are you in doubt between two sizes? Feel free to order both sizes. The size that does not fit can then be returned within 14 days. Please note that regular return costs apply for the return shipment.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return shipment, you will receive an email confirmation of processing.
The purchase amount will then be refunded via the same payment method you used. The processing of a return typically takes 3 to 4 working days after receipt of the package.
In the event of a full return, we will also refund the standard shipping costs of the original order, insofar as legally required. The costs for returning are at your own expense and will not be refunded.
