Register a return
Not quite what you were looking for? No problem. You can return your order within 14 days. Please ensure the items are unworn and in their original condition, with the price tags still attached.
You can easily register your return online via our return portal, regardless of the country from which you are returning the item.
Return Costs
The following return costs apply to returning your order:
- Benelux (Netherlands, Belgium & Luxembourg): €4.95
- Other European countries: €4.95
- United Kingdom: €15.00
- Switzerland: €15.00
You pay the return costs when registering your return via our return portal.
Did you receive a damaged or defective item, or did we accidentally deliver the wrong item? Please do not register your return yourself via the return portal, but first contact us at support@thomasmaine.com. We will assist you further and provide a return label in such cases.
Register Return
You can easily arrange your return in a few steps:
- Click on 'Register Return'.
- Enter your postcode and order number or track & trace number.
- Select the items you wish to return and state the reason for return.
- Pay the return costs via the return portal.
- Receive your return label by email or, where available, choose a QR code.
- Drop off your package at a parcel point of the indicated carrier.
You will receive the instructions for returning along with your return label or QR code.
