Our size charts are based on the dimensions of the garment. Lay a well-fitting piece of clothing flat and measure it according to the indicated measuring points. Compare the dimensions with the size chart to determine your size. All sizes are indicated in centimeters.
*Back length: measure from the center of the back, directly below the collar, straight down to the hem. The collar itself is not included in this measurement.
**Sleeve length from center back: measure from the center of the back over the shoulder and along the sleeve to the end of the cuff. The cuff is included in this measurement.

Returns
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Of course, you may try on the items at home, but we ask you to return them unused, unworn, with the original labels, and in the original packaging.
You can easily register your return via our returns portal, regardless of the country from which you are returning the item.
Enter your postcode along with your order number or Track & Trace number, select the items you wish to return, and state the reason for return. You then pay the return costs via the returns portal and receive your return label by email or, where available, choose a QR code.
To further improve our service and collections, we would appreciate it if you specify a return reason during registration.
After registration, you can drop off your package at the designated parcel point. All necessary instructions will be sent to you along with your return label or QR code.

You pay the return costs when registering your return via our returns portal.
If an item is damaged or defective upon receipt, or if we accidentally delivered the wrong item? Do not register your return yourself via the returns portal, but first contact us at support@thomasmaine.com. We will help you further and, in that case, provide a return label.
If you choose to send your return shipment on your own initiative via another shipping method, the costs thereof are entirely at your own expense.
